PEOPLE. PROCESS. PERFORMANCE.

A sales operation
with clear ownership.

For B2B SaaS businesses with qualified demand and a product that already sells. We focus on the work that happens between an inquiry and a collected payment.

01 / PIPELINE MANAGEMENT

Turn a pipeline into a plan people follow.

The problem we work on

A demo happens, the CRM says “follow-up,” and nobody can tell what should happen next. Deals sit in the same stage while the forecast looks healthier than the underlying activity.

What we do

  • Define what qualifies an opportunity to enter and leave each stage.
  • Assign an owner, a specific next action and a due date.
  • Review stalled deals and missing handoffs.
  • Agree when to progress, nurture or close an opportunity.

What you receive

  • A written pipeline and stage definition.
  • Follow-up standards and handoff responsibilities.
  • A prioritized review of overdue actions and stalled deals.
  • A weekly action list with an accountable owner.

What your team contributes

Sellers keep the agreed source records current and complete their actions. Your decision-maker resolves product, pricing and delivery questions that a sales manager cannot decide for you.

02 / SALES COACHING

Make coaching specific enough to act on.

From a call to a coaching action

With approved access to recordings, review qualification, discovery, offer fit, claims, objections, CRM notes and the agreed next step. Connect feedback to a specific moment in the conversation.

A coaching action names the behavior to practise, who supports it and when it will be reviewed again. Changes to the playbook are documented so advice stays consistent across the team.

What you receive

  • A call-review scorecard with supporting notes.
  • Practical discovery and follow-up guidance.
  • A coaching priority for the relevant seller.
  • Updated scripts when a recurring gap is identified.

Foundation includes 4 call reviews per month; Managed includes 20 across the team. Recordings require permission. If recording access is unavailable, agree an alternative coaching activity within the service hours.

03 / RECRUITING & ONBOARDING

Hire against a role, not a sales pitch.

Define the job before searching

Clarify the product, target customer, schedule, responsibilities and compensation arrangement. Use a scorecard to assess relevant experience, discovery skills, role-play evidence and follow-through.

Managed supports up to two searches and twelve candidate screens total in the first 90 days. Foundation includes role definition and an interview scorecard; candidate sourcing is separate.

What you receive

  • A role brief and structured interview criteria.
  • Screening notes and a documented recommendation within the Managed scope.
  • An onboarding and training checklist.
  • Clear steps before production access is enabled.

Your business approves hires, contracts with sellers and pays their compensation. Recruiting does not guarantee a placement or include free salespeople. Paid job advertising is separate.

04 / REPORTING & ACCOUNTABILITY

Separate activity, sales and collected cash.

A review you can trace

Choose the measurement and its source before the pilot. Retain previous observations, explain corrections and review receipts and refunds against the opportunity they belong to.

Weekly reporting focuses on decisions: what changed, what remains uncertain and what action follows. Monthly reconciliation provides a clearer view of collected money alongside the work performed.

What you receive

  • An agreed baseline and measurement definition.
  • Recorded observations with dates and supporting references.
  • Cash and refund records linked to opportunities.
  • A pilot review that includes costs and limitations.

RevAccord supports the operational review. It is not a bookkeeping replacement, payment processor or automated subscription analytics service.

IS REVACCORD RIGHT FOR YOU?

Where this service fits—and where it needs a different scope.

A useful starting point

A B2B SaaS business with a product that already sells, qualified conversations to work, an existing team and enough margin to support human selling. The immediate challenge is execution: follow-up, coaching, ownership or visibility.

We work with your existing tools where practical. Start with approved exports and a documented mapping when a verified connection is not available.

Discuss separately

Creating demand from zero, running paid advertising, unlimited outbound prospecting, supplying a full-time team, supporting more than five sellers or building custom integrations requires a different budget and written scope.

We confirm the delivery owner and capacity before accepting the engagement.
