What you share

The form asks for your name, business email, company, website, team-size range, package interest, sales challenge and optional notes. Do not include passwords, customer records or payment details.

Why we collect it

RevAccord uses your information to review fit and respond about your inquiry. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing, book a call or enter you into a service agreement.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored using our website hosting platform and its database provider. The inquiry inbox requires sign-in and is restricted to the RevAccord owner. We do not sell inquiry information. All inquiries expire after 90 days; expired records are hidden and removed during subsequent inbox or submission activity. Separately agreed client records follow the eventual service agreement.

Choices and requests

To request access, correction or deletion, submit another inquiry using the same business email and put the request and your earlier reference in the optional notes. We verify the request before disclosing or changing personal information. You may also reply to a RevAccord follow-up. Do not submit sensitive identity documents through this form.

Browser storage and service logs

We remember only your appearance preference in browser storage. Form drafts stay in memory and are lost when you leave or reload. We do not add advertising trackers. Our hosting and security providers may use essential security cookies and process technical request logs; the application uses a short-lived hashed rate-limit identifier to reduce abuse, rather than storing a raw IP address with your inquiry.
